[Workout] Step up your cardio

Looking for something fun and different to do for cardio that will get you results? Change up your cardio with this full body step workout! 

 

What you’ll need

A workout step

How to do it

Repeat the workout sequence for a total of 4 rounds of 20 seconds each, and only rest for 1 minute when you have completed each round.

The workout

  • Burpee jump overs: use the step to do a burpee, then hop over to the other side.
  • Step squat overs: stay low in a squat position and hop over the step from side to side.
  • Step v-ups: keeping your back stable and straight, move your legs in and out. 
  • Step mountain climber jump overs: perform about 5 mountain climbers each leg, then hop over the step and do the same on the other side.
