Ingredients
- ½ cup baby spinach
- ½ cup kale
- 2 bananas, 1 frozen
- 1 orange
- ½ cup chopped mango
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 scoop plant-based protein powder
- 2 tsp spirulina powder
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ cup pumpkin hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- 1-3 tsp honey
- 20 drops echinacea
Spirulina powder is a concentrated form of this potent superfood. It contains various nutrients including B vitamins, various antioxidants, and 4g of quality protein per tablespoon.
Coconut oil has antiviral, antibacterial and anti-fungal properties and may help to reduce the length of a cold or flu.
