[RECIPE] Intra-Workout Electrolyte & Creatine Popsicles

This refreshing Intra-Workout Electrolyte & Creatine Popsicles recipe is perfect for scorching hot training sessions or post-workout recovery.

Blending fresh watermelon and coconut water with your intra-workout supplements ensures optimal hydration, electrolyte replenishment, and ATP production.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup unflavoured coconut water (unsweetened)
  • 1 Biogen Creatine & Electrolytes sachet, Salty Watermelon flavour
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Biogen Creatine & Electrolytes Sports Drink is a dual-action performance formula delivering 5 g of creatine monohydrate per serving to support strength, power output and repeated high-intensity effort. Added electrolytes assist with hydration, maintenance and support normal muscle function during demanding sessions.

Instructions

  1. Add the cubed watermelon and coconut water to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and completely liquid.
  2. Add the scoop of creatine, intra-workout electrolyte powder, and lime juice (if using). Pulse on low for 5–10 seconds until fully dissolved and evenly distributed.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 1 minute. Skim off any excess foam from the top with a spoon so your popsicles freeze dense and smooth.
  4. Divide the liquid evenly among 6 popsicle mould cavities, leaving about a  of space at the top for expansion. Insert the popsicle sticks.
  5. Place the mould in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours (or overnight) until completely solid
