Everyone LOVES a good chocolate cake, but when trying to drop a few kilos, a sugar-laden cake isn’t recommended. Enter protein chocolate cake! Now you can enjoy a slice of high protein, chocolaty cake and still stay on track!
Ingredients
- 250g apple sauce
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/3 cup cacao
- 1/2 cup xylitol
- 2 scoops of chocolate whey protein
- 1 tbsp maize flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp coffee
How to make it
- Combine the apple sauce and yogurt
- In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.
- Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
- Scoop the batter into a pan and bake for 40-45mins at 180 degrees.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1tbsp xylitol
- 1/2 scoop chocolate whey powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and ice the cooled cake. Store cake in the fridge.
