  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup white coconut flesh
  • 2 tbsps chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup ice
  • Blueberries to blend
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein
Toppings
  • 1 tbsp blueberries
  • 1 tbsp almonds
