Get your smoothie on with this delicious blend of summer berries! It’s packed with protein and it’ll keep you full for long!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 banana, frozen
- 3 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 serving protein powder
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
How to make it
- Add rolled oats to a blender and blend until ground
- Chop bananas into pieces for easier blending
- Add remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until the desired consistency is achived. Add more milk to thin it out, or add ice cubes to thicken it.
