Berry Blizzard Smoothie

Get your smoothie on with this delicious blend of summer berries! It’s packed with protein and it’ll keep you full for long!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 3 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 serving protein powder
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
How to make it
  • Add rolled oats to a blender and blend until ground
  • Chop bananas into pieces for easier blending
  • Add remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until the desired consistency is achived. Add more milk to thin it out, or add ice cubes to thicken it.
