This Creamy Tropical Creatine Smoothie recipe is a delicious way to refuel after training.
With tropical mango, fresh orange juice, and a swirl of coconut cream or yoghurt, it tastes like dessert with added creatine and protein benefits to support strength, muscle growth and recovery.
Ingredients
- 1⅓ cups frozen mango
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- ¼ cup coconut cream or Greek yoghurt
