[RECIPE] Powerhouse Winter Morning Oats

This Powerhouse Winter Morning Oats recipe combines the heartiness of oats with immune-boosting ingredients to keep you energised and healthy throughout winter.

This recipe provides a delicious and nutritious way to start your winter day and support your immune system.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 scoop Biogen Complete Whey, Vanilla flavour 
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of ginger powder
  • 1 serving Biogen Immuno Boost Powder 

Biogen Immuno Boost Powder provides a blend of essential vitamins and minerals to build and repair the immune system.

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine rolled oats, almond milk, water, cinnamon, and ginger powder. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes, or until oats reach desired consistency.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in frozen berries. Let sit for a minute or two, allowing the berries to soften slightly.
  4. Stir in the whey protein and immune-booster powder. Add an additional splash of almond milk to combine the powder.
  5. Top with chopped walnuts, flaxseed, and chia seeds.
