What we loved about this video:
- This workout combines strength and HIIT training which in turn maximises the burn.
- It is only 30 minutes, so you don’t need a lot of time to get your sweat on.
20 Minute Mini Resistance Band Upper Body Workout
What we loved about this workout:
- You only need a few mini bands and a mat to complete this upper body workout.
- The workout is split into two circuits. The first one focuses on shoulders and triceps and the second circuit focuses on back and biceps.

What we loved about this workout:
- You only need a pair of dumbbells to complete this workout.
