This Plant-Based High-Protein Ancient Grain Breakfast Bowl is packed with protein, fibre, and healthy fats to keep you feeling full and satisfied until lunch.
You can customise the recipe according to your preference by using different grains, fruits, nuts, seeds, and protein powders.
Ingredients
- ½ cup cooked quinoa
- ½ cup cooked millet
- 1 scoop Biogen Plant Based Protein powder, Chocolate flavour
- ½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- ¼ cup almonds, walnuts, chia seeds, hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp almond nut butter
- ¼ cup oat milk, unsweetened
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- Pinch of cinnamon

As their genetic makeup is largely unchanged, they a popular choice for those seeking a more natural and nutritious diet. Ancient grains are a great source of fibre and plant-based proteins.
Instructions
- Cook the quinoa and millet according to package instructions until fluffy.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked grains, plant-based protein powder, mixed berries, chopped nuts and seeds, and nut butter.
- Pour the plant-based milk over the ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Drizzle with honey if desired and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Gently mix everything together until well combined and serve.
