[RECIPE] Plant-based Blueberry Winter Flu Fighter Smoothie

Boost your vitamin C and antioxidant levels to give your immune system support this cold and flu season with this tasty smoothie.

It is made with oranges, which are rich in vitamin C, and blueberries, a superfood packed with antioxidants.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 orange, peeled and halved
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 scoop Biogen Plant Based Protein, Berry Smoothie flavour. 

When made from unrefined whole grains like steel cut or rolled oats, oat milk contains fibre, including beta-glucans, various trace minerals, plant-based protein and some fatty acids.

Method

  1. Add the ingredients to your blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
