[RECIPE] Cinnamon Pancake Smoothie

There’s nothing quite like the taste of a delicious cinnamon pancake to reward your efforts in the gym.

This super-indulgent smoothie is packed with beneficial whey protein, with a flavour profile that is sure to delight your taste buds without adding excess sugar and calories to your diet.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop Biogen Iso-Whey Protein

Biogen Iso-whey contains a tri-matrix blend of whey protein hydrolysate, isolate and concentrate. This combination delivers high levels of Essential Amino Acids (EAAs) and Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) that the body can easily absorb.

Method

  1. Pop the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy all the cinnamon-y tastiness.
