[RECIPE] Banana Nut Berry Bowl

Give your routine a berry-licious boost with this super-tasty and antioxidant-rich smoothie bowl.

The addition on peptan collagen is the sectret ingredient to give you glowing skin and improve joint health.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp acai berry powder
  • ½ banana, chopped and frozen
  • 1/3 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp nut butter of your choice (we recommend almond butter)
  • 1 scoop Biogen Peptan Collagen
  • ½ cup of milk

Biogen Peptan Collagen is a great source of amino acids as well as glycine and proline to provide impressive nutri-functional properties.

Toppings

  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp coconut shreds
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tbsp almonds
  • Honey (optional)

Acai berries are rich in antioxidants, and by adding the concentrated powder to your smoothie bowl, you can reap the health benefits.

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. The mixture needs to be thick to form the smoothie bowl base.
  2. Pour into a bowl and add toppings and enjoy!
