Train virtually and earn Vitality points

As gym closed and South Africans headed home for the lockdown, Virgin Active announced that it would make a various workouts available online to keep members fit and active while clubs were closed.

And those members who are also Vitality members can now earn valuable points for completing these workouts.

Train at home, get rewarded

Members who log in via the Virgin Active app or visit virginactive.coach and log in with your MyVirginActive credentials can start earning Vitality points for getting active.

For every workout, or combination of workouts that last for 30 minutes or more, members can earn 100 Vitality points per day during the lockdown period. Each day you will have a new opportunity to earn points just by doing another 30+ minute workout.

Vitality has also launched Vitality at Home, a new platform to help keep members healthy and stay rewarded while they achieve their fitness and nutrition goals safely, at home.
