This delicious protein coconut milkshake is made WITHOUT ice cream meaning there are no large amounts of sugar.
The sweetness comes from the strawberries and you can boost the sweetness by adding either some Medjool dates or some honey.
Ingredients
- 400 ml Coconut Milk
- 1 Scoop Biogen Plant-Based Protein Berry Smoothie flavour
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 2 Medjool dates or 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice
- Toppings: cacao nibs and chopped raw almonds
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
- If the shake is too thick, add more coconut milk until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
