Ingredients
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 medium mashed banana
- 1¼ cups ground oats
- 1½ scoops Biogen Complete Whey, Vanilla flavour

- Pinch of salt
- ⅓ tsp cinnamon
- ⅓ cup chopped dates
- 1-2 cups milk
- Walnuts to serve
- Yoghurt or cream cheese to serve

Method
- Pre-heat your oven to 180°C. Grease individual ramekins or a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrots, mashed banana, ground oats, Biogen Complete Whey, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, and chopped dates. Stir in 1 to 2 cups of milk until all the ingredients are well combined and you have a thick, creamy batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared ramekins or baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Top each portion with a sprinkling of chopped walnuts for added crunch and nuttiness.
- Bake the carrot cake oats in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the oats are set and golden brown on top.
- Remove the baked oats from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
- Top each portion of carrot cake baked oats with a dollop of yoghurt or cream cheese, drizzle with honey to sweeten, and garnish with additional walnuts if desired.
