PUMA Introduces the Next Evolution of its ForeverRun Nitro™ 3 Stability Running Shoe

PUMA has revealed the ForeverRun NITRO™ 3, the latest evolution of its stability running shoe, delivering a smooth, stable ride for every run.

The latest iteration of the ForeverRun franchise features a plush upper atop a new last, a wider midsole geometry, and an upgraded dual-density PEBA blend NITROFOAM™ construction that enhances cushioning and guidance through every stride.

This dual-density NITROFOAM™ consists of a soft nitrogen-infused core for lightweight responsiveness and cushioning, surrounded by a firmer rim that provides support when runners need it most.

PUMA’s RUNGUIDE SYSTEM enhances supportive midsole geometry, while the TPU heel support creates a balanced ride that feels both secure and stable.

Comfort prioritised

Comfort extends throughout the upper with a breathable engineered knit, a highly cushioned collar and the new last for an improved fit and feel.

Underfoot, PUMAGRIP rubber provides durable multi-surface traction, making a reliable training partner across everyday road runs.

Weighing in at 270g (UK8) and 220g (UK4.5), the ForeverRun NITRO™ 3 has a 38mm heel stack and 30mm forefoot giving runners an 8mm drop. The shoe is built for everyday training and engineered to deliver lasting performance over approximately 800km.

The PUMA ForeverRun NITRO™ 3 is available at PUMA.com, PUMA retail, Totalsports and Takealot for R3,499. For more info, visit: www.puma.com.
