Fitness SA & Muscle Mania, the biggest natural body building and fitness pageant in the world, will take place in Cape Town in 2018, at the Barn Yard Theatre. A team will also be selected at the event to represent SA in Las Vegas at the International Fitness Universe Championship, which takes place in November 2018.
Pre-judging starts at 09h00, with Muscle Mania commencing at 12h00, followed by live judging on club wear fashion round and fitness routines at 14h00, before prizes are awarded. You can also join the after party at the Barn Yard from 6pm.
