The digital revolution is here
The speed and convenience offered from the digital revolution continues to amplify the world as we know it – and that includes the thriving health and wellness industry. And the Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated this transformation.
Now, more people have access to information and services that improve their health, and ultimately, allow them to reach the most optimised version of themselves.
And South African fitness industry trends suggest people want this ease of access and the minimal financial implications of accessing training programmes via digital platforms. This has led to many trainers closing their brick and mortar gyms.
The new Sudor app not only gives people of all fitness levels a window into the workouts of the world’s most acclaimed fitness personalities, but also allows them to train with their fitness hero of choice, entirely on their own terms.
Powered by the belief that exercise can change the world, Sudor’s main aim is to inspire more people around the globe to move – and to keep moving, wherever they like.
“We believe in fitness as a lifestyle, not a chore; and in consistency over perfection”, says Sudor Co-Founder and Director, Emma Heap.
Moving with the times
The app is currently available on iOS, with a R150 monthly subscription that kicks in after your free trial. Sudor will roll out in the Google Play App Store in the near future.
