[RECIPE] Sunshine Mango Smoothie

Let some sunshine into your life by starting your day with this Sunshine Mango Smoothie recipe.

This tropical delight combines the creamy goodness of Biogen Plant-Based Protein with the sweetness of ripe banana and fresh mango, and the tropical notes of pineapple juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Biogen Plant-Based Protein, Vanilla flavour
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup mango chunks
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Biogen Plant Based Protein is an excellent choice of protein for anyone following a vegan or dairy-free lifestyle. Rice and pea protein is free from gluten, dairy, and lactose making it easily digestible, especially with the added bamboo fibre, an excellent ingredient for fibre enrichment.

Method

  1. Blend Biogen Plant-Based Protein, banana, mango chunks, pineapple juice and coconut water.
  2. Add ice cubes for an extra chill.
  3. Pour the smoothie mixture into a glass and savour the tropical vibes!
