Let some sunshine into your life by starting your day with this Sunshine Mango Smoothie recipe.
This tropical delight combines the creamy goodness of Biogen Plant-Based Protein with the sweetness of ripe banana and fresh mango, and the tropical notes of pineapple juice.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Biogen Plant-Based Protein, Vanilla flavour
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup mango chunks
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup coconut water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Biogen Plant Based Protein is an excellent choice of protein for anyone following a vegan or dairy-free lifestyle. Rice and pea protein is free from gluten, dairy, and lactose making it easily digestible, especially with the added bamboo fibre, an excellent ingredient for fibre enrichment.
Method
- Blend Biogen Plant-Based Protein, banana, mango chunks, pineapple juice and coconut water.
- Add ice cubes for an extra chill.
- Pour the smoothie mixture into a glass and savour the tropical vibes!
