Too hot for coffee? This creamy, coffee-infused Mocha Protein Frappuccino recipe is a frozen delight that combines the rich flavours of chocolate and coffee with the nutritional boost of protein powder.
It’s a perfect quick and satisfying pick-me-up for those hot summer mornings.
Ingredients
- 1 double-shot espresso, chilled
- 1 scoop Biogen Iso-Whey Protein powder, Chocolate flavour
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp sweetener of your choice (honey, maple syrup, or sugar)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Handful of ice cubes
Optional toppings:
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings
- Cocoa powder
Experiment with different protein powder flavours for variations. Ideal options include Chocolate Brownie or Vanilla.
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the coffee, protein powder, milk, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and frothy. Add more ice for a thicker consistency.
