Ingredients
- ½ cup coconut water
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped
- 1 cup mango, chopped
- 1 serving Biogen Collagen with Peptan
- 2 frozen bananas, chopped
- 2 cups chopped kale
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ½ cup almond milk
Biogen Collagen with Peptan contains 10 g of Peptan® per serving, a type-1 hydrolyzed collagen found in bones and skin, supplied in a form that can be easily used and digested.
Method
