[RECIPE] Glowing Skin Smoothie

Get that healthy glow and give your skin a boost with this delicious energising smoothie.

It’s packed with collagen to help repair and rejuvenate skin while also supporting the condition of your joints and nails.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1 cup mango, chopped
  • 1 serving Biogen Collagen with Peptan 
  • 2 frozen bananas, chopped
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup almond milk

Biogen Collagen with Peptan contains 10 g of Peptan® per serving, a type-1 hydrolyzed collagen found in bones and skin, supplied in a form that can be easily used and digested.

Method

  1. Add the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
