[RECIPE] Corn on the cob

Forget boring butter and salt! Elevate your Corn on the Cob with a flavour fiesta thanks to the delicious Lifestyle Food sauce range and this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 4 corns on the cob, leaves pulled back
  • Lifestyle Food Prego sauce 
  • Lifestyle Food Lemon & Herb sauce
  • Crushed tortilla chips
  • Fresh herbs to serve
  • Lime slices to serve
  • Butter / Margarine to serve

Method

  1. Boil the corn on the cob with some salt until golden and tender.

  3. Air-fry, BBQ, or place in the oven to crisp up for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Serve the corn with crushed tortilla chips, fresh herbs, more butter, and lime slices on the side.
