This Collagen Truffles recipe is a delightful fusion of natural ingredients.
Steamed sweet potato, chickpeas, and the goodness of marine collagen, all dipped in luscious melted chocolate and adorned with cacao nibs for the perfect treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup steamed sweet potato
- 1 cup canned chickpeas, drained
- ⅓ tbsp Lifestyle Food Almond Butter
- ¼ cup Lifestyle Food Honey
- 1 tbsp Biogen Marine Collagen
- ¼ cup Lifestyle Food Cacao Powder
- Lifestyle Food Sugar Free Milk Chocolate, melted to dip
- Cacao nibs to top
Biogen Marine Collagen is a Type I Collagen and is absorbed more quickly into the body than other sources of collagen. Each serving contains 10 g of Hydrolyzed Fish Collagen and 18 Amino Acids, making this fish collagen extremely potent and efficient.
Instructions
- Place all of the truffle ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Use a cookie scooper to scoop portions onto a tray lined with parchment paper. Freeze until set.
- Dip in melted chocolate and decorate with cacao nibs to serve.
