It’s always nice to find healthy alternatives to your favourite treats and desserts. This recipe uses avocado to create a creamy, chocolatey mousse that’ll definitely have you thinking its the real thing!
Makes 2 servings
- 2x ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup of organic maple syrup
- 2 tbsp of raw cocoa
- pinch of salt
- Cacao nips
- Hemp seeds
- Process avocados with all ingredients, except garnish toppings, until smooth.
- Garnish with chosen toppings.
