Chocolate ‘cheat’ smoothie

This plant protein powered chocolate smoothie will satisfy all those pesky cravings without being a ‘cheat’.  All the delicious goodness without going off track!

Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 serving plant-based protein, chocolate flavour
  • 1 pitted medjool date
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp cacoa nibs
How to make it:
  • Add all the ingredients, except the hemp seeds and cocoa nibs, to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve in a glass and sprinkle with some hemp seeds and cocoa nibs to add some crunch.
