Are you forever telling yourself you should stretch, but just never get around to it?

Stretching is often overlooked but is something we should try incorporate into our routine at least twice a week to help with recovery and improve flexibility and mobility.

What we loved about this stretch routine:

  • The routine is easy to follow and the moves are beginner friendly
  • The background music is calming and relaxing
  • Maddie talks you through the stretches and gives tips on how to improve your stretching techniques.

What we loved about the stretch routine:

  • A quick 10-minute routine that can be used as a warmup, cool down, or just part as your daily routine.
  • There is a preview of each upcoming move in between each move as well as a timer to help you count down.
  • The moves are dynamic, not only helping with flexibility but with mobility too.

 What we loved about this stretch routine:

  • Shona spends around 2 minutes educating us more on the difference between flexibility and mobility, and why mobility is so important.
  • She explains each move and how to preform it.
  • The routine is quick and can be done daily to help improve mobility.
