Your training facility is always available whenever you feel like exercising. Also, it helps with discipline, you have to hold yourself accountable and I’ve done so with the workouts.

I have managed to stay mentally healthy and strong by creating a system that allows me to take time and by working on the things I love and work stuff. What is your favourite #strongwomen quote?
“Your superpower is being a woman, wear your femininity on your sleeves.”
Who inspires you to be a strong woman?
My mother inspires me, life had thrown her with challenges but she has never given up. She raised us as a single mom and made sure that we never went to bed hungry. When two of my sisters died, she was our shoulder to cry on. One of the greatest lessons learned from her is that life is important you have to respect it.
Do you have a strong woman moment to share with us?
It is when my mom encourages me when I fail or fall short. It is important for all women to support each other. I take those lessons and I offer support to my friends and other females I meet. The moments are endless and this is just one of them.
