Smash your 2020 fitness goals at the first TROVE WELLNESS fitness bootcamp for the year! It’s going to be a jam-packed morning, showcasing some of the latest fitness trends in the industry.
You can expect 40 minutes of exercise, which includes a warm up, a functional workout, a booty blaster, an extreme ab workout, dance and yoga.
There will also be a designated area to relax and socialise with friends before and after the event, with healthy treats for sale, a free express sneaker wash, and a dietician and biokineticist available on site.
There are also fun giveaways planned during the event and a goodie bag to the value of R1500! Energade will keep everyone hydrated on the day. Bring your yoga mat/towel, sunscreen and a cap!
