This year’s H&H, which took place on 7 July 2018,was one for the history books. Now in it’s eleventh year, the H&H Bodybuilding and Fitness Classic falls under the auspices of the rapidly expanding Physical Culture Association (PCA).
The latter is growing from strength to strength locally under the leadership of Kevin Schwartz, a passionate man who needs no introduction to the fitness industry.
The H&H has also moved from it’s usual battleground in Pretoria North to the Kaleideo Auditorium in Kempton Park, which is becoming one of the premier venues for bodybuilding and physique contests in Gauteng.
This year’s H&H Classic was once again brilliantly organised and promoted by Hennie Kotze, and together with the PCA judges and officials did a stellar job of crafting an immensely enjoyable experience for spectators and athletes alike.
