[RECIPE] High Protein French Toast

Start your day with this protein-packed spin on a firm favourite breakfast recipe – French toast.

While the eggs and milk already deliver a protein boost, adding extra protein from a supplement adds an additional flavour element and ensures you start your day the right way to support recovery and muscle growth. And it keeps you full and satisfied until lunch.

French Toast Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 heaped tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • Bread of choice

  • Coconut sugar
  • Syrup
  • Pecan nuts
