Date: 5 & 6 December 2018
This event seeks to find the fittest CrossFit team on the continent. The competition is open to Elite Division athletes, who will compete at the Sun Arena, Time Square Casino, in Pretoria. Elite Division teams must consist of 2 men and 2 women per team, and only one team per box is permitted to enter.
The overall winners receive a prize valued at R100,000. Individual WOD prizes are also on offer. For more info, visit the LMS website.
