Mika has planned a power 45minute HIIT session that will leave you sweating but asking for more.
HIIT = high intense interval training. This is a full body workout that will burn fat and build your endurance and fitness levels. Mika’s approach and style of training will leave you smiling and laughing throughout the session, suitable for all fitness levels. So it doesn’t really matter if you a serious gym bunny or someone who is new to training, Mika plans to help you reach your goals and unlock something great within.
