1.Sydney has combined legs, abs and HIIT together to create a killer 60 min workout!

2.All that is needed for this workout is some dumbbells and a resistance band.

3.By the end of this workout both your legs and abs are on FIRE , there is a great balance between both ab and leg exercises.
