1.The workout is bodyweight, so no equipment needed! Just grab a chair or table to use when needed.
2. The workout is quick and targets the leg as a whole.
3. It’s a relatively low-impact workout, great for days when you’re not really feeling like working out.

3 things we loved about this at home glute workout:
1.Not only does this workout target the glutes, it also works your legs and core!
2.Caroline starts the workout with a 4 minute glute activation to make sure that you’re really targeting your booty.
3.She also includes a finisher which really ups the intensity and ignites the after-burn!
3. 60 Minute Legs and Abs HIIT Workout | Summertime Fine 2.0 – Day 39 with Sydney Cummings
3 things we loved about this at home legs and abs HIIT workout:
1.Sydney has combined legs, abs and HIIT together to create a killer 60 min workout!
2.All that is needed for this workout is some dumbbells and a resistance band.
3.By the end of this workout both your legs and abs are on FIRE , there is a great balance between both ab and leg exercises.
