Made with velvety coconut milk for a rich texture and enriched with collagen-infused hot chocolate powder to support your skin and joints.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 300ml coconut milk
- ¼ cup liquid sweetener of choice
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- 1 heaped tbsp Biogen Skinny Collagen Hot Chocolate Powder
- Greek yoghurt
- Blueberries

Method
- Place the ripe avocado, coconut milk, sweetener, cacao powder and Biogen Collagen Hot Chocolate Powder in a high speed blender and blend until combined.
- Top the mousse with the Greek yoghurt, blueberries and a dust of cacao powder.
