The new UA HOVR™ Phantom 2 is Under Armour’s most versatile running shoe yet, designed to help you tackle your running and fitness goals.
The UA HOVR Phantom 2 follows in the footsteps of previous Phantom models with improved design and performance features in three core areas:
- Cushioning
- Fit and feel
- Training plans via UA MapMyRun.
A new, stretchy, sock-like fit; soft, supportive midfoot; and durable, flexible outsole make the UA HOVR Phantom 2 the fastest, most comfortable update yet.
Higher energy feel
More UA HOVR cushioning means more energy return and a lightly padded step for bouncy comfort while pounding the pavement.
UA’s HOVR cushioning platform strikes the perfect balance of plush cushioning and responsiveness, so runners get the support they need without sacrificing any speed.
Sock-like fit and 360º comfort
A more anatomically designed collar, more breathable upper, and improved knit material give the UA HOVR Phantom 2 a sock-like fit. The collar dips lower than previous models to fit comfortably around the ankle bone, making it easier to slide on and off.
A soft, stretchy upper hugs the foot and a plush SpeedForm 2.0 sockliner and moulded midfoot provide all-around cushion and support. The upper material over the toe and forefoot has been adapted with perforations, making it more breathable so your feet can stay cool when you’re running hot.
Smarter running
Under Armour makes running smarter and simpler for a more enjoyable run experience with training plans for any goal. Train smarter with holistic training plans from MapMyRun that dynamically adapt to your progress.
These training plans help break down any goal into achievable milestones, whether it’s a time-based goal for a certain distance, a weight-loss target, or a run-streak for consistency.
