Follow this recipe to create a refreshing and hydrating Lemon Ginger Infused Water to sip on throughout the day.
It provides a natural dose of vitamin C from the lemon and the anti-inflammatory and metabolism-boosting benefits of ginger.
Ingredients
- ½ lemon, squeezed
- 3 cm piece of fresh ginger, sliced
- 2 cups of water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a pitcher or bottle, combine the water, Tony Ferguson Water Infusion Drops, and sliced ginger.
- Stir well and let it sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse.
- Add ice cubes if desired.
