[RECIPE] Lemon Ginger Infused Water

Follow this recipe to create a refreshing and hydrating Lemon Ginger Infused Water to sip on throughout the day.

It provides a natural dose of vitamin C from the lemon and the anti-inflammatory and metabolism-boosting benefits of ginger.

Ingredients

  • ½ lemon, squeezed
  • 3 cm piece of fresh ginger, sliced
  • 2 cups of water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher or bottle, combine the water, Tony Ferguson Water Infusion Drops, and sliced ginger.
  2. Stir well and let it sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse.
  3. Add ice cubes if desired.
