This 5-day training plan is from Monday 14 Feb to Friday 18 Feb. You can join any session time that works for you. The week will be structured according to the following breakdown:
- Monday – Legs
- Tuesday – Upper Body Pull
- Wednesday – Full Body HIIT Sweat
- Thursday – Booty Burn
- Friday – Upper Body Push
How do I get access?
To keep things simple, you’ll be added to a broadcast group on WhatsApp and workout links and passwords will be sent daily.
What is online group training?
Workout in the comfort of your own home, at the gym, or while travelling. A link gets you into the live group workout via Zoom (on your computer or your smartphone) where our trainer will walk you and other participating members through a structured training session, live in real time.
Why live – with other people? The live component means that you’ll have the guidance and motivation from Laura, an experienced professional to ensure you’re making the most of every session. And workout out in a group format is excellent for motivation!
What you’ll need to join (and enjoy) the workouts
Aside from your determined attitude and morning coffee (or a pre-workout!) you’ll need minimal stuff to get going
- A device with internet connection to join into live workouts: mobile or laptop.
- 2 Pairs of dumbbells: a light/medium pair & medium/heavy pair (ranging from 3kg to 10kg depending on your current strength) or the equivalent in a resistance band. Our training will demonstrate alternative moves for your equipment
- An exercise bench or safe and stable object of around knee height used as a bench.
- Exercise mat.
