What does fitness mean to you? Fitness saved my life, because it taught me from an early age important lessons about discipline, commitment and self-drive. I come from an area where fitness is not really a priority. Fitness gave me options to be healthier and happier; to look and feel better; and to meet people from all walks of life who share the common goal of self-improvement. More importantly, fitness allowed me to make a difference in the lives of others. I want to represent fitness, be a positive voice in society, and show people that fitness is not a “them thing”, but rather an “us thing”.
