Anathi’s Journey

Anathi Gwele, aged 28, has embarked on a remarkable transformation journey. Although she hasn’t reached her ultimate goal, she is steadily progressing towards it.

Having gained nearly 30kg during her pregnancy, she returned to the gym just five months after giving birth. Anathi now finds herself at a mere 1kg away from her pre-pregnancy weight. While she hasn’t yet attained her desired outcome, she is definitely finding satisfaction in the results she’s achieved so far. The pregnancy significantly altered her body shape, prompting her to embark on a journey of toning and rebuilding.

What was her motivation to keep going?

In her words: “What keeps me going is knowing and believing that I am here on earth for a purpose, I need to do my utmost best to fulfil that purpose. My son is also a reason I keep going and pushing even more, being a healthy role model and able to spend quality active time with him.”
