Competition timelines:

1. The competition is open for submissions from 1–30 June 2023
2. Finalists will be announced on 10 July. Each finalist will receive an online profile with a short transformation feature and social media posts. 
3. Public voting for all finalists will open from 24 July – 7 August
4. Winner announced on 17 August 
5. Fatloss online edition available early September 2023

Competition rules, terms and conditions

By entering the Fatloss Magazine Transformation competition, presented by Tony Ferguson, you agree to: 

1. Having your story published online
2. As a finalist/winner, agree to having your transformation story shared to Tony Ferguson platforms
3. As a winner/finalist, to participate in a video interview 
4. Prizes are non-transferable 
5. The competition is only open to residents of South Africa, over the age of 18 
6. False representation and altered photos will result in disqualification
7. Your transformation can be from any date, but preferably something more recent 
8. The judges’ decisions are final
