Providing our readers with an overload of fitness and fatloss information is somewhat lost without supplying the motivation to change!
The mind is, without a doubt, the most powerful muscle in the body. A weak mind, like any other underperforming muscle, will result in a drop in performance or a complete failure to complete the task at hand. But it can be trained!
Positive affirmations, visualisation and a dedicated focus on achieving your goals is what will allow you to master the concept of ‘mind over matter’ when it matters most. It is all too easy to blame the cold or shorter daylight hours from autumn approaching for your lack of ambition to hit the gym or head outside for a run. It is only when you master the irrational thoughts inside your own head that you will get out of bed on a cold and dark morning to train, while other weak-willed people roll over and go back to sleep.
So work hard on dominating your thoughts with the tips and info we share because, and trust me on this, when warmer weather rolls around again you will be thankful that you did, as you will be that much closer to achieving your goals!
