The end of the year is here, but despite the holiday season you’re often left juggling more tasks than ever.

Find time to be by yourself.
Getting away, even for 30 minutes, can make all the difference between losing it completely and thinking clearly. Soak in a hot bath or simply read a magazine; this can give you a different perspective when you return to your tasks.
Tackle the important tasks first – don’t put them off until later. This will only create more stress.
Give yourself a boost.
