Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
My most important goal is to be the best version of myself. To be better than yesterday and to see every moment as a new opportunity to work on myself and improve. To see this whole process as a journey and not a punishment or hard work. I’d like to motivate women and inspire them and teach them to love their bodies. In time I’d like to open and run my own gym and life coach centre. I also want to be one of the top athletes in my division in 2018.
What are your hobbies?
When I’m not busy enjoying life or training, I spend my time with family and friends. Family is very important to me. I love the outdoors and wildlife.
Do you have any sporting/fitness achievements you would like to share?
In 2014 I competed at the NABBA Jozi Classic and place 5th in the ladies Figure line-up.
In 2016 I competed at the IBFF Welkom Classic and place 5th in the Fitness Model category.
I also competed at the IFBB North West Provincials and place 1st in the Fitness Bikini line-up.
I am currently busy preparing for IFBB Summer Bodies in November.
Why did you enter the USN Face of Fitness 2017?
I am a positive person and always strive to motivate people around me, no matter what obstacles they might face. I have had my share of health problems but refused to give up and am training harder than ever to achieve my goals because I believe that nothing should come between yourself and your dreams!
