What are your fitness goals?

My fitness goals are to be fitter and stronger. Ultimately, I want to gain more experience competing in shows as a Fitness Bikini competitor by using a balanced and healthy approach.

 

What are your hobbies?

My sporting hobbies include training and outdoor activities such as running and hiking. Due to my gluten allergy, I love to create healthy and delicious recipes. My favorite hobby is spending time with my family.

 

Do you have any sporting/fitness achievements you would like to share?

I competed in my first Fitness Bikini competition this year at the IFBB KZN Ironman Novice show. I won the Fitness Bikini 1.63m line-up. It was such a blessing to win. I truly look forward standing on stage again in 2018.

 

Why did you enter the USN Face of Fitness 2017?

It has always been my dream to be in my favourite magazine, not for fame, but rather to inspire. I train at home and I want to show people that it doesn’t take much to get fit and healthy. It’s all about balance. I am studying personal training part-time, and I know this would be an incredible way to launch my career and follow my passion of inspiring others.
