What are your fitness goals?
My goal is to compete at the WBFF to be hosted in Cape Town in 2018.
I am also working extremely hard to reach my personal fitness goals to show other young women that you can rise above your challenges and conquer all if you have dedication, drive and vision.
My ultimate goal is to be on the cover of Fitness Magazine and become a team player and brand ambassador of USN.
What are your hobbies?
I enjoy hiking, writing personal and fitness blogs and giving others the opportunity to change their lives through fitness. Other hobbies include yoga, reading, and exercising.
Do you have any sporting/fitness achievements you would like to share?
November 2016 – 7th Place at the UIBBN World Bodybuilding Championships.
Selected for the SA team for the World Championships in Dinant Belgium.
September 2016 – 3rd Place at the SA Natural Bodybuilding Championships.
September 2016 – 1st Place in the Beach Bikini category in the Overburg Championships.
1st place in evening wear in the Overburg Championships.
March 2016 – 4th Place Beach Bikini at NABBA.
March 2015 – 2nd Place Miss Bikini at the Western Province Natural Bodybuilding show.
Why did you enter the USN Face of Fitness 2017?
This year I am entering the competition in honour of my late father who was my absolute biggest fan! He always believed in me, no matter how high the odds were stacked against me. He always told me to keep my head up and try just one more time. He also taught me that you can reach your dream by being brave enough to step up to the plate and say “Here I am and I am ready!”. I do believe that I would be a magnificent brand ambassador for USN and Fitness Magazine because these companies have a similar drive and determination that my father had when he was alive.
