Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
I have always looked up to athletes who compete and earn their Pro Cards. At the moment that is my goal. I have competed on two occasions this year and have one more show coming up in November. Next year the goal is to compete in 5 or 6 shows and to earn my Pro Card. I also would like to be a role model for people who are new to the fitness lifestyle and to hear ” because of you I didn’t stop”. Those words would make me the happiest person ever!
What are your hobbies?
I love learning about new trends! I am always busy reading about something new in the industry. I don’t view my job as work but as a true calling. I love it to work with people and help them to reach their fitness goals and become more confident in what they do. I enjoy going on hiking trails and trail running. A future goal of mine is to compete in the Comrades marathon. I also enjoy cooking and baking (when I am not competing). One of the things I would like to do next year is to study accounting.
Do you have any sporting/fitness achievements you would like to share?
I placed 3rd in Wellness Fitness at the IFBB Boksburg Classic in 2017.
Why did you enter the USN Face of Fitness 2016?
I am at a stage in my life where I feel I can make a difference in inspiring and motivating other people to train or compete. I would absolutely love it to be featured in one of my all-time favourite magazines! I also enjoy USN products and to become one of their ambassadors would be a dream come true!
