What are your fitness goals?

I would love to be able to enter any fitness competition in the Bikini category.

I also would like to do a personal trainer course in order to help other people reach their fitness and weight loss goals.

 

What are your hobbies?

I exercise in the gym 4 to 5 times a week. I love going to the gym on Saturdays as my children then usually join me. Other hobbies include fishing trips, riding off-road motorcycles and spending time with my family.

 

Do you have any sporting/fitness achievements you would like to share?

Unfortunately not yet.

 

Why did you enter the USN Face of Fitness 2017?

I am a busy working mother and love going to the gym. The latter is my safe place where I feel I can relax. I would like to inspire other people, including working mommies, to believe in themselves again and not lose hope but to strive for physical and emotional improvement. I have been using USN supplements for months and am at a point where I have noticed a difference. I know this competition is worth a try.
