The Annual Vital Run
Vital Health Foods. in association with Run/Walk for Life WP Athletics Club, will host the second annual Vital Run in aid of PATCH Helderberg Centre for Abused Children.
Date: Saturday, 3 December 2011
Venue: Lourensford Wine Estate, Somerset West.
Events: 21 km run, 10 km run and walk, or a 4 km fun run/walk.
Participants can pre-enter online at www.vitalrun.co.za before 22 November 2011. Late entries will be accepted on the morning of the run between 05:00–06:15 at the venue.
