What exercises can I do to strengthen my lower back and knees? Hockey season is going to start in about a month and I&#039;m hoping to be very strong by then! I have taken this before and want to advise that it is not a healthy option at all! It is heavy Diuretic that is eventually in the long term damaging on the kidneys. I use to compete in fitness competions and know this is a favourite among Athletes. Yaz is not a bad pill but unfortunately did not work for me! Gave me acne and also enourmous breast pains! I only speak from experience but taking Aldactone(Spirolactone) which is what this is medicine is also called is not a long term solution. It is more effective to rather supplement with Magnesium and BCCA&#039;s.</description>
